Planned blasting work near Lyon Station to last until the spring

You may start to notice some loud blasting sounds near a downtown LRT station starting Friday.
Claridge Homes will begin blasting work near Lyon Station that is expected to cause loud noises and vibrations.
The plan has been reviewed by the City of Ottawa and Rideau Transit Maintenance to ensure it won't affect the structural integrity at the station.
The work will be done on weekdays from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. starting November 22 until sometime in April 2020.
