Embrun woman killed in Highway 138 crash, north of Cornwall

The Ontario Provincial Police is identifying a 27-year-old woman killed in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 138, between Wheeler Road and Myers Road, north of Cornwall.
Investigators say a northbound vehicle hit a southbound vehicle around 3:35 p.m. on Monday.
The driver of the northbound vehicle, Adriana Chretien, of Embrun, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the southbound vehicle was taken to hospital in critical condition.
Two passengers in the southbound vehicle are recovering with serious, non-life threatening injuries.
The OPP continues to investigate the collision with the assistance of OPP Traffic Collision Investigators (TCI).
Highway 138 has reopened to traffic.
