Hintonburg's infamous Magee House is up for sale.
The historical house had a partial wall collapse in 2018 that sparked a battle between the building's owner and the City of Ottawa.
As a result of the collapse, the sidewalk in front of the building was blocked for over a year for stablization construction.
The property is listed for $3.2-million and is uninhabitable.
“Great opportunity to build your dream project fronting on Wellington Street in prime location,” says the real estate listing. “Traditional mainstreet zoning allows multiple uses for this land including multi-residential, office, retail, and many more.”
The Magee House is one of the oldest buildings in the city, built around 1874.
The structure was home to some of Ottawa's most prominent families before being converted into a bank in 1907.
