Ottawa downtown restaurant Rabbit Hole gets $500 tip over weekend

One Ottawa restaurant has received a generous tip from two of its customers over the weekend — a $500 tip, to be exact.
The receiver of that tip? The Rabbit Hole, a restaurant located on Sparks Street at the corner of Mackenzie Drive.
According to the restaurant’s Instagram post on Sunday afternoon, the restaurant posted, “Rabbit Hole would like to thank two customers who enjoyed our patio last night and gave a very generous tip to our staff. During these trying times, all small local businesses are struggling and having days where they feel like there is no light at the end of this dark tunnel.”
Experiencing this generosity from the community, the restaurant said, “brings hope that there is a light despite all of the darkness.”
