Gatineau police investigate suspicious death in Hull

The Gatineau Police Service is investigating a suspicious death in the Hull sector on Monday afternoon.
Police were called around 1:30 p.m. to do a wellness check on a tenant in an apartment on Saint-Joseph Boulevard.
Upon entering the unit, police found the person deceased and are treating the death as suspicious.
The victim has not been identified.
Police set up a security perimeter at the building while the investigation was underway but did not give out the exact address as the next of kin were still being notified.
No other details were released.
