Glengarry District High School reports COVID-19 case

A case of COVID-19 has been identified at Glengarry District High School.
According to a media release from the Eastern Ontario Health Unit, sent out Thursday evening, the unit has worked closely with the school and determined that there has been no exposure at the school.
Both the school and health unit are taking all necessary steps to prevent the further spread of the virus in the school and in the community, the announcement says.
It is not known if the case involves a student or staff member, as the health unit and high school have chosen not to disclose that information.
