As Ottawa police continue to investigate an arson case that happened earlier this week in Osgoode, police have now released a video showing the suspects in action, hoping to get new leads.

On Friday, police released the video in hopes the public could help identify the three suspects wanted in the investigation.

The video shows three individuals purposely setting fire to a basketball net and leaving the area on foot.

The incident happened on Wednesday at about 1:15 a.m. in the 5700 block of Eloise Cres. near White Spruce Street.

Two vehicles had also been set on fire and were severely damaged at an adjacent property.

Later that morning an unknown person(s) attempted to set fire to a mobile toilet in the 300 block of Bramble Lane off of Drew Henry Drive.

All three fires have been deemed to be arson and the Ottawa police continue to investigate.

Anyone that can identify any of these individuals or has information about these incidents are asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service Arson Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 4587.
