Missing Ottawa woman believed to be in Kingston

Kingston Police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing Ottawa woman.

Cecilia Tardiff, 31, was reported missing on Monday, September 6. She was last seen in the area of Brock Street in downtown Kingston on Monday, August 30, 2021.

While she is from the Ottawa area, it's believed she may still be in Kingston, but police say her current whereabouts are unknown and her family is concerned for her well being.

Cecilia Tardiff is described as:

  • 5'2″ tall
  • 110 lbs.
  • Blue eyes
  • Long brown hair, usually in a ponytail

She was last seen wearing a light blue knit dress, leopard print slip on shoes, and was carrying a pink purse with a bow as well as a grey duffel bag with pink trim.
