Gatineau man accused of exposing himself to young women in west Ottawa

Ottawa police are asking for the public's help to track down a 27-year-old Gatineau man who is facing outstanding indecent act and mischief charges.
Officers laid charges following an investigation into several incidents that happened between August 5 and August 25, in which a man exposed himself to young women, including minors, in various parking lots across Ottawa's west end.
They say the same man had been previously charged for similar offences after incidents that happened between July 12 and July 19.
Hejir Bahramiwand is wanted by police in regard to several outstanding charges.
The investigation is ongoing as police believe there have been other similar incidents in the city.
Bahramiwand is described as:
- White
- Medium complexion
- 5' 11'' (180 cm)
- 276 lbs (125 kg)
- Heavy build
- Short black hair, balding at the front
- Full beard
- Brown eyes
In the majority of these incidents, he was seen driving a white 2017 Honda Civic with a Quebec plate.
