My Para Transpo launches

The new My Para Transpo website is now live. 

Users can use the website to quickly book, cancel and track their trips from any device connected to the Internet.

Trips can be booked for the next day, or seven days in advance of holidays. Scheduled trips can be cancelled either a day before or on the same day up to one hour in advance.

Booking a trip is simple as My Para Transpo provides quick options for trips. Your home address will always be the first pick-up location option and it is indicated by a house icon. Most recently booked trips will also be available for selection.

To enroll in My Para Transpo, you have to have be a registered customer with Para Transpo. ParaPay account holders will be able to sign into their accounts using their ParaPay customer ID and password.
