Interzip Rogers provides fun for all ages

By Anil Jhalli

Interzip Rogers is sending riders soaring across the inter-provincial border again this year.

The zipline, which first opened last summer, sent more than 30,000 people across the Ottawa River at a height of 120 feet, offering views of the Zibi community, Parliament Hill, Chaudière Falls and old Hull.

Alex Van Dieren, co-president at Orkestra, the agency behind Interzip Rogers, told The Sam Laprade Show on Thursday, June 16 that the attraction is open to everyone.

“A lot of people are asking, what's the age limit,” he said. “The answer, technically, there is no age limit.”

Van Dieren said just last week, Interzip Rogers had its oldest rider yet, an 88-year-old grandmother.

“She came with her children and grandchildren and had a blast,” he added.

Tickets are available online for riders of all ages and cost $39.99 for adults and $29.00 for kids 14 and under.
