Kanata North candidate ready to be the voice of her community

Christine Moulaison is ready to be the voice for residents of Kanata North.
Moulaison is one of three candidates who have officially registered to run in the Kanata North ward for the 2022 municipal election. Cathy Curry, the ward's current councillor, is seeking re-election.
“I want to make sure people in my ward have a strong voice and have someone who is willing to stand up for what they need,” she said on The Sam Laprade Show on Sept. 13.
Moulaison, who is an active volunteer in the community, wants to be that person who pushes back, asks the tough questions, demands transparency and holds people accountable at Ottawa City Hall.
She said the biggest concerns she is hearing while campaigning are the protection of greenspace, reliable transit, inflation, property taxes and crime.
