Pembroke man charged with two counts of uttering threats after incident at Petawawa school

The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Pembroke resident after a reported threatening incident at a Petawawa-area school that took place on Oct. 25.

Paul Kelly, 59, has been arrested and charged with two counts of uttering threats.

The accused was released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on Dec. 13.
