No injuries reported after firefighters respond to basement fire on Hurdman Road

No injuries have been reported as Ottawa firefighters battled a basement fire on Hurdman Road on Nov. 23.

Just after 1 p.m., Ottawa Fire Services (OFS) were on the scene and started extinguishing the flames. Firefighters searched the house and confirmed there were no occupants inside the home.

Fire crews contained the fire to the basement.

There are no reported injuries. An @OttFire investigator is currently on scene to determine the cause & origin of the fire. #OttNews 2/2
