By CityNews Ottawa

Ottawa can expect yet another significant snowfall this week, according to a weather advisory.

A special weather statement issued by Environment Sunday, Jan. 22, warned the region to expect a winter weather event by midweek as a Texas low settles in across southern Ontario.

The statement warns of the possibility of 10 to 15 centimetres of snow falling late Wednesday, Jan. 25 into Thursday, with localized accumulations of up to 20 centimetres.
