Grenville OPP respond to three-vehicle collision involving school bus

A school bus has been involved in a three-vehicle collision northeast of Merrickville. 

The Grenville County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the crash on Country Road 43 at Donoghue Road on the morning of Wednesday, Jan. 25. 

Police said a stopped school bus was struck from behind by a second vehicle that had been hit by a third vehicle. 

None of the children on board the bus were hurt. 

The driver from the second vehicle is currently being extricated by emergency crews and Country Road 43 is closed in that area.
