UPDATE: Ottawa police locate 32-year-old man wanted for breaching release conditions

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) West Criminal Investigations Unit said the 32-year-old man who was wanted earlier this week, has been located.

Police said, Anthony Parker was released from custody on Nov. 17 and faces charges of assault, harassment, and intimidation. He breached his release conditions Thursday, March 2, and was at large.
