Ottawa crews knock down fire in Orléans backyard

There are no injuries after a backyard fire in Orléans.

Shortly before 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Ottawa Fire Services (OFS) responded a single-family home in the 1000 block of Brousseau Crescent following a 911 call reporting a fire in the backyard.

The first OFS rig arrived on scene within four minutes of being dispatched and firefighters confirmed visible smoke.

Firefighters made their way to the backyard where a large deck, above ground pool and hot tub were on fire.
