Redblacks QB Masoli done for the remainder of CFL season due to injury

Jeremiah Masoli will miss the rest of the 2023 Canadian Football League (CFL) season with a a ruptured left Achilles tendon that will need surgery.

The Ottawa Redblacks made the announcement earlier today regarding their quarterback.

Masoli was injured in the second quarter of the Redblacks 21-13 loss to Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Saturday night.

Masoli will soon undergo surgery in Ottawa.

Ottawa hosts the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at TD Place on Saturday, July 15 at 4 p.m.
