In an post on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, OSTA said recent instances of verbal abuse and aggression towards school bus drivers have led at least three of them to quit.
OSTA said school bus drivers are doing their best learning new routes and getting students where they need to go, and is urging the public to be kind and respectful towards bus drivers.
Thank You to the parents, guardians and students who have shown kindness and understanding during this difficult time. We appreciate your patience.
