Three people facing numerous charges after OPP execute search warrant at Brockville residence

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid numerous charges against three people after executing a search warrant at a Brockville residence on Sept. 12.
During the search of the home, located on Cedar Street, police seized a significant quantity of Canadian currency and quantities of suspected cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Ian Ballantyne, 41, Steven Ballantyne, 62 and Yvonne Ballantyne, 61, all from Brockville have been charged with:
- Possession of a schedule one substance for the purpose of trafficking – opioid (other than heroin)
- Possession of a schedule one substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000
Ian Ballantyne was held in custody and is to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville on Sept. 13, 2023. The other two individuals were released from custody and are schedule to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Oct. 6, 2023.
