Ottawa police seeking witnesses to fatal collision

A 65-year-old man has died as a result of collision in Ottawa’s south end.
The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) said officers were called to Walkley Road between Heatherington and Heron roads on Monday, Nov. 6 at roughly 8:40 p.m. with reports of a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
The OPS said the man died as a result of injuries sustained from the collision.
Investigators would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of this incident and have not yet spoken to police.
