Truck rolls over on Highway 401, no injuries reported

A driver was taken to hospital for precautionary reasons after their apple truck rolled over on its side on Highway 401 east of Belleville, Ontario.
Lennox and Addington (L&A) County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to the incident that happened just after 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1. Officers arriving at the scene confirmed that a transport truck was located on is side on the Hwy. 401 eastbound on/off-ramp at Shannonville Road.
The truck was filled with apples, and none of them spilled. Police said there was extensive damage to the transport truck.
Paramedics were already at the scene treating the driver. No injuries have been reported.
The on/off ramp was closed for three hours, and re-opened at 12:15 p.m.
