Charges laid against impaired driver who ‘unbelievably escaped’ with minor injuries after collision: OPP

A 29-year-old driver is facing impaired driving charges after a single-vehicle collision in south of Ottawa over the weekend.

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said the driver “unbelievably escaped” with minor injuries after the early morning crash on Saturday, Dec. 2 on County Road 44 in North Grenville.

Police said the driver with twice the legal limit.
