Luca Pinelli and Bracy Stonehouse scored two goals each to the lead the Ottawa 67’s to a wild 6-5 win over the North Bay Battalion in a Sunday afternoon matchup

Will Gerrior scored Ottawa’s other goal in the annual Teddy Bear Toss Game at TD Place Arena.

Henry Mews had three assists for the 67’s.

Stonehouse’s second goal of the game, his 11th of the 2023-2024 OHL campaign, proved to be the game winner with just under 10 minutes to play in regulation.

Captain Pinelli scored his team leading 20th and 21st goals of the season, both on the powerplay.

He now sits third in the OHL goal scoring race.

Collin MacKenzie, making his first start since Nov. 12, stopped 31 shots for his eighth win of the season.

The 67’s turn their attention to the Oshawa Generals, who visit Ottawa on Wednesday, Dec. 6.

All the teddy bears that were tossed on the ice during the game will be donated to the Toy Mountain campaign.
