Cottage catches on fire in Fitzroy Harbour, no injuries reported

Ottawa firefighters responded to several 9-1-1 calls reporting a cottage on fire in Fitzroy Harbour late Wednesday afternoon.
Ottawa Fire Services (OFS) said when firefighters arrived at the scene the 100 block of Moorhead Drive, they confirmed that a cottage was fully engulfed in flames.
The occupants inside made it safely out, and no injuries have been reported.
Live hydro wires that melted and come down caused hazards for crews at the scene.
The fire was declared under control at 3:29 p.m.
@OttFire investigator was dispatched to the scene to determine the cause and origin of the fire. No reported injuries.
