Driver facing impaired driving charges after early morning crash on the Queensway

A 23-year old man is facing multiple charges after being involved in a single vehicle crash early Friday morning on the Queensway in the city.

Ottawa Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said that the driver, who only had a G2 license, was charged with impaired driving and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.

Police said he registered more than twice the legal blood alcohol limit in a breathalyzer test.

There were no reported injuries.
