We have a winner!

With a total $935,910 raised, Luc Latreille is taking home $467,955 as the grand prize winner of the ‘50/50 For The City’ lottery.

The other big winner is the two local charities taking home the other half; the Snowsuit Fund & BGC Ottawa. This is the Snowsuit Fund’s third annual 50/50 lottery in support of Ottawa families and children in need, and the first year it partnered with BGC Ottawa for the initiative.

“We are so pleased to team up with BGC Ottawa in this year’s fundraising initiative,” said the Snowsuit Fund’s Vice Chair Martin Masse. “There’s strength in numbers and together we’ll make a bigger positive impact on the lives of youth and children in our community.”

The fundraiser was developed in consultation with Rogers Radio Ottawa and was heavily promoted across CHEZ 106, 105.3 KiSS FM and Country 101.1.
