Suspicious death investigation underway in Alfred-Plantagenet

Investigators believe there is no threat to public safety following a suspicious death in the Township of Alfred-Plantagenet.
The Hawksebury Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Prescott-Russell Paramedics responded to a residence on County Road 17 just before 8 p.m. last night.
One man, Timothy Provost, 32, was found dead inside an apartment.
There will continue to be a large police presence in the area as the investigation continues and a post-mortem examination will be conducted in Ottawa.
