Spring-like weather forecast for Ottawa this weekend

The spring-like temperatures are back to kick off the month of March after the National Capital Region fell under a brief cold spell this week.
Ottawa will see sun and cloud on Friday, March 1 with a high of 6 C, a stark contrast to earlier this week when the city was under a flash freezing warning.
Temperatures dropped to around -15 C Wednesday night and just yesterday, Ottawa saw a high of just -8 C.
Heading into Friday evening, Environment Canada is calling for clear skies with some increasing cloud through the overnight and a low -1 C.
Looking ahead to Saturday, you can expect a cloudy day with a chance of showers of drizzle for the late morning and a high 8 C.
Sunday is looking gorgeous with a mix of sun and cloud and a high 12 C and we could reach a high of 15 C on Monday.
