Police investigating weekend death of Pembroke man

Upper Ottawa Valley OPP are investigating a death in downtown Pembroke, Ont. on Saturday.

Police say a 31-year-old man was found dead in a parking lot adjacent to Nelson Street.

They do not suspect foul play and there is no danger to the public.

OPP are investigating alongside the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.

Coroners investigate natural deaths that are sudden or unexpected.
