Driver who suffered critical injuries in OC Transpo crash died

Ottawa police have confirmed that the 39-year-old driver who suffered critical injuries in the city’s south end on Saturday has succumbed to his injuries.

On March 30, officers were called near the intersection of Blohm Drive and Hunterswood Crescent in response to a collision between a motor vehicle and OC Transpo Bus.

The police report said the driver of the motor vehicle was critically injured in the accident.

Investigators say they would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of this incident who have not yet spoken to police.
