Two men wanted Canada-wide could be in Ottawa

There are two men wanted on Canada-wide warrants that could be in Ottawa, police said.

The two are wanted for different cases but could be around the nation’s capital.

The first person wanted is Tyrell Piercy, 29, who is known to frequent Toronto, Kingston and Ottawa. The Provincial Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad said in a post on X he is serving a four-year and nine-month sentence.

He is serving time for:

  • Possession of a prohibited/ restricted firearm with ammunition
  • Assault of police officer
  • Possess firearm knowing altered/ defaced
  • Possession of weapon contrary to prohibition order

He is described as 5’9”, 180 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He has the letters “TTDT” tattooed on his right forearm.

The other man wanted Canada-wide that could be in Ottawa is All Boivin, 35. He is wanted by the Sûreté du Québec for drug trafficking.

Police say he is wanted on numerous drug charges including conspiracy to traffic and possession for purpose of trafficking. He is also suspected to have participated in several criminal activities that are still under investigation.

Boivin is described as six feet tall, 242 lbs with brown hair and eyes. He has a special tattoo on his left hand, a sleeve tattoo on his left arm, a partially visible neck tattoo, tribal tattoo on his upper right arm and a scar on his left shoulder.

His last known residence was in Saint-Lazare, Que., but police updated the public on June 7 to say they have reason to believe he could be in the Ottawa area.
