Ottawa police ask for help identifying suspect in violent robbery

Ottawa police are asking for help identifying this robbery suspect.

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is asking for help identifying the suspect in a violent commercial robbery.

Around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1, a person was delivering items to an outlet store in the 8500 block of Campeau Drive.

The delivery person was attacked outside the store and the attacker made off with some of the packages.

The suspect is described as:

  • Male
  • White
  • 30’s
  • Curly brown hair

He was wearing a white shirt, jeans, and a baseball cap.
