It’s the first full weekend of September and there is plenty on the go for all ages around the nation’s capital, including one of the oldest fairs in the Ottawa Valley, a celebration of pop culture, an electronic music festival, and an air show.
Ottawa Comiccon: Friday, Sept. 6 – Sunday, Sept. 8
A celebration of pop culture and entertainment featuring celebrities, personalities, fans and exhibitors from the worlds of comic books, sci-fi, fantasy, movies, TV, toys, anime, gaming and more. Panels, photo ops, collectables, masquerade and shopping! This year’s guest of honour is Elijah Wood of Lord of the Rings fame.
