Man charged for attempting to lure girl from Calgary to Ottawa

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) and their Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) have arrested and charged a Gatineau man with child luring.
The investigation was done with the assistance of Calgary Police Service (CPS).
In a police press release, it states Willem Fraser, 22, of Gatineau, Que. was charged with:
- Luring a person under the age of 16 years of age by mean of telecommunication
Ottawa police received information from the Calgary police in July of this year about a man trying to lure an underage female.
The victim lives in Calgary and police say Fraser was trying to entice them to go to Ottawa.
With the assistance of various OPS units, he was arrested and was scheduled to appear in court today.
