Summer-like weather continues for Ottawa this weekend

It’s going to be another beautiful weekend in the National Capital Region.

The forecast includes plenty of sunshine and above-average temperatures, with no rain forecast until at least mid-week. According to Environment Canada, Ottawa will see plenty of sunshine to kick things off for Friday, with a high of 23 C.

The weather agency says a few clouds are forecast to roll in for the evening with an overnight low of 9 C.

Saturday is expected to be on the cloudy side, but still warm at 23 C, getting down to 12 C overnight.

The sunshine returns in full force for Sunday and Monday with highs of 22 C.

The average high this time of year is around 16 C.

  • Wednesday, Oct. 2: Cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers. High 17.
