Police seeking suspect for a Rideau Centre assault

Ottawa police are hoping the public can help identify a man involved in an assault at the Rideau Centre.
It happened Oct. 3, just after 7:00 p.m. at entrance number two to the mall. A verbal and physical altercation took place, and the suspect assaulted a man in his 60s.
The suspect is described as a man aged 27-30 and about 5’10” tall. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a blue hoodie, black jeans, black baseball cap, black Herschel backpack and blue sneakers.
