LA prosecutors consider charging body-shaming Playboy model

By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

Prosecutors in Los Angeles are considering charges against Playboy model Dani Mathers in a body-shaming case.

Police say she took a photo of a naked woman in gym locker room and posted it on social media. Mathers shared the photo on Snapchat in July, with the caption: “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”

She later apologized and deleted her social media accounts.

City Attorney Mike Feuer says police have finished their investigation. He tells ABC News police were able to locate the woman who was mocked. Feuer says his office expects to make a decision soon on whether to file charges against Mathers.
