Three students arrested in connection to fire at Gatineau school

GATINEAU, Que. – A fire at a Gatineau school has sent two students to hospital and three students have been arrested.
The incident happened at l’École polyvalente Le Carrefour at 50 Chemin de la Savane around 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, forcing students to be evacuated from the school.
A letter to parents said some students had lit fire to a garbage can that had an aerosol can inside of it.
Police arrested three students between the ages of 12 and 13, and said more arrests could be made.
Two students, a boy and a girl, were taken to hospital with non-life threatening burns.
