Suspect sought in commercial break and enters

OTTAWA — Ottawa Police are investigating three commercial break and enters, and are looking for the public’s help identifying the suspect responsible.
On October 7, at approximately 3:16 am, a suspect entered a commercial building in the 1000 block of St. Laurent Boulevard, by throwing a rock through the storefront window.
On November 9, at approximately 2:10 am, the same male smashed the window to another business along the 1000 block of St. Laurent Boulevard.
On November 15, at approximately 4:25 am, the suspect targeted another commercial business along the 300 block of Coventry Road.
Once again, the suspect broke a window to the business by throwing a rock through a storefront window.
In all three incidents, the suspect targeted the cash register, and there was extensive damage caused during the course of the break and enters.
There is information that leads investigators to believe that the person responsible lives in the area.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 35-45 years old, medium to heavy build, and was last seen wearing a red coat with black trimming, and jeans.
