Deadly crane collapse in Kelowna, B.C.

A local state of emergency has been declared in Kelowna, B.C. after a deadly crane collapse in the city's downtown core Monday morning. RCMP confirm “multiple fatalities” after the construction crane collapsed onto an adjacent building around 11 a.m.
