Rachel Homan scored two for the win in the final frame to lift her Ottawa-based club to a 5-4 victory over South Korea’s Team Gim in their opening game of the HearingLife Tour Challenge on Tuesday, Oct. 18.
After giving up back-to-back single steals in the sixth and seventh ends to fall behind by one, Homan recovered to pull off a short runback double takeout for the decisive deuce.
Gim avoids giving up a steal in the second with a bump and roll to the button for one point. @TeamHoman takes the hammer into the third up 2-1.
