A plaque commemorating the so-called 'Battle of Billings Bridge' that was posted near Riverside Drive and Bank Street has been taken down.
It is unknown who placed it at this location.
The 'Battle of Billings Bridge' happened when hundreds of people blocked an intersection to prevent convoy protesters from driving downtown on the third weekend of the 'Freedom Convoy' occupation.
The plaque looks exactly like an official City of Ottawa plaque.
Volunteers and some local politicians came together to block over 30 trucks that were making their way to join protesters downtown.
