FOOTAGE: Canadian woman found dead in LA exhibits strange behavior in elevator

LOS ANGELES, CA. – An elevator security camera caught this footage of Canadian Elisa Lam, 21, acting very strange. Her body was found wedged in a water tank on the roof of a Los Angeles hotel Tuesday.

Police released the video on Feb. 14 to aid in locating the Vancouver native; she was reported missing in January.
