OPP seek federal offender known to frequent Ottawa

The OPP Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is looking for a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breach of statutory release.
Police are looking for Steven Mavis, 60, who is known to frequent Ottawa, Sudbury, Toronto and North Bay.
Mavis is described as:
- Indigenous
- 5’10” (178cm) tall
- 200 lbs. (91kgs)
- Brown hair
- Brown eyes
Mavis also has a number of tattoos, including a symbol on the left side of his neck, the word “TAT” on his upper left arm, “OLD SCHOOL” on his left forearm, a crown on his left ring finger, a horned ghoul on his right upper arm, a snake on his right forearm and a witch on his right wrist.
Mavis is currently serving a five-year and one-month sentence for three counts of drug possession and two counts of operating a motor vehicle while disqualified.
