Police investigating shooting in Lincoln Heights neighbourhood

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a shooting that took place in the Lincoln Heights area on Sunday, Sept. 17.
At roughly 1 a.m. Sunday morning, officers responded to a shooting call in the 2600 block of Regina Street.
The OPS said one person was found was gunshot wounds, and was taken to hospital in serious but non-life threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made.
The investigation continues, and investigators are asking anyone with any information to contact the OPS Guns and Gangs Unit at 613-236-1222, extension 5050.
