Orkin names Ottawa as one of Canada’s ‘rattiest’ cities

A new study finds Canada’s capital as one of the country’s “rattiest” cities.
Orkin Canada, a pest control company, released its annual list of Canadian cities with rodent issues and Ottawa placed eighth out of 25 cities and third in Ontario.
The company said the rankings are based on the number of commercial and residential rodent calls that Orkin received from the start of August 2022 through to the end of July 2023 and includes calls for both rats and mice.
Toronto placed first for the second straight year.
