4 car pileup in Ottawa injures child and 2 others

A 23-year old man is facing impaired driving charges after a four-vehicle collision left three injured in the capital’s east end.

Ottawa Police Service (OPS) said they responded to the crash at around 11:17 p.m. on Friday, December 22 at the intersection of Blair and Ogilvie Roads.

Police said one of the drivers and a child, who were in separate vehicles, suffered non-life threatening injuries. No word on whether they were treated on scene or at hospital.

OPS said another driver, who was also injured, was arrested at the scene.

Farshid Mohseni, 23, of Ottawa was charged with a number of offenses including impaired driving causing bodily harm and dangerous driving causing bodily harm.

Police haven’t said when he will be in court.
