OPP seeking federal offender known to frequent Ottawa

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is asking the public for help locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Kevin Okrah, 26, is wanted for breaching his statutory release.
He is described as:
- 6’1″ (185cm) tall
- 186 pounds (84 kgs)
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
Okrah is serving a five-year, 11-month sentence for the following charges:
- Robbery – use restricted/prohibited firearm (two counts)
- Aggravated assault
- Disguise with intent
- Possession of a prohibited/restricted firearm/ammunition
- Possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order
- Fail to comply with order – at large (two counts)
- Attempt all other indictable
- Robbery – all others
He is known to frequent Ottawa, Toronto, Durham Region and Orillia in Ontario, as well as the Laval area in Quebec.
